SIS–LMS Integration Middleware

A middleware layer designed to automate secure synchronization between Student Information System and Learning Management System platforms.

Project overview

Ali designed and built middleware between the SIS and LMS to reduce duplicate manual work and keep academic-system data synchronized through a controlled integration layer.

Integration goals

  • Connect the two core platforms through a clear integration boundary.
  • Automate the secure synchronization of relevant data.
  • Reduce repetitive manual updates across systems.
  • Support a more unified academic technology ecosystem.

Design principle

The middleware acts as a purposeful bridge rather than a fragile point-to-point connection. This makes the integration easier to govern, maintain, and evolve as institutional workflows change.
